Two transgender members of the government represented America, one of them used to walk men like dogs on a leash

The first transgender deputy minister in the history of the United States and a transgender deputy secretary of state represented the USA in Paris on the French national holiday on July 14, reports the international news agency V4NA.

It was almost impossible not to impress the US representatives at the embassy in Paris. One of the biggest powers in the world sent Rachel Levine and Samuel Brinton to a reception organized on the occasion of the French National Day. The queer transgender couple smiled happily for the cameras, as seen in the picture uploaded to Instagram.

The woman on the left side of the picture is Rachel Levine, the Deputy Secretary of Health in the Biden administration, who in 2021 definitively and uniquely wrote herself into American history. He is the first transgender person in the country to be appointed to the presidential administration. Before his appointment as Deputy Minister in 2021, he was the Minister of Health of the State of Pennsylvania.

The other person is nuclear engineer Samuel Brinton, an ardent LGBTQ activist, who in January 2022 was appointed deputy secretary of the Nuclear Energy Office’s division dealing with spent fuel and radioactive waste disposal. Brinton wrote of the Paris event that she had the wonderful opportunity to meet the only transgender member of the Biden administration at the event, adding that it felt great to stand in solidarity with another transgender person.

The biography of the man who also uses the queer name “Sister Ray Dee O’Active” reveals that he previously advised lawmakers on nuclear policy in the US Congress, and at other times advised President Barack Obama and his wife on LGBTQ issues.

Brinton is an active member of the local Washington chapter of the drag queen society Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, which is listed as the main contact on her 2016 and 2018 tax returns. He once gave an interview to Metro Weekly about the group, where he emphasized that he is the “lotyó” in the company. In addition, he has been actively involved in the LGBTQ movement since college. On one occasion, she revealed that she likes sexual role-play in which she leads another man on a leash dressed as a puppy.

Brinton has also lectured on perversion at colleges, including the “Physics of Perversion” class at the University of Wisconsin-Stout Gender and Sexuality Association. According to the description on Instagram, the session included live demonstrations of the physical background of using different sex toys.

The deputy state secretary also gave a lecture on perversion at another college, where he also gave a live demonstration with his companions dressed as dogs.
