After the report, the police arrived at the scene within minutes, where they saw that the public trash cans had been overturned and several of them had been thrown in the middle of the road. A 36-year-old man, who was no longer unknown to them, was identified nearby. He didn’t deny that he damaged the bins, he said he did it because he was stressed and needed to rage. During the production, the police also found pruning shears on him, which they took from him.
