• Ukraine, with the help of several other countries, begins paying compensation to women who were sexually abused in Russian captivity. This is not uncommon in itself, but it is the first time that payments are being made while a conflict is still active. According to Sergej Mingazov’s lawyer, it was because he posted about the events in Bucs on his own Telegram channel.
