Social media was also flooded with photos and videos of a black and a gray horse galloping through the streets of London with bridles and saddles. The two animals were also followed by a car equipped with blue lights, reports Sky News.

According to the report, they are two horses of the Household Cavalry (the British Household Cavalry).

Police in London received reports of the loose horses at around 8.40am and were stopped on the main road near Limehouse. According to a statement from the authority, they are currently waiting for the army horse box to take the horses and provide them.

Ambulances were also called to the scene because of the loose horses. According to the Daily Mail, a total of five people were injured in three separate incidents. Among the injured is a soldier who was riding one of the horses.

According to the paper, the Household Cavalry trooper crashed his horse into a car on Buckingham Palace Road and fell from the saddle. The animals spooked during their daily morning exercise on Horse Guards Parade in Whitehall and broke free.

An eyewitness told The Telegraph he saw the soldier fall from his horse after the collision. According to him, the parked car was covered in blood. Another witness also saw the collision, which also spooked the other horse. As he said, it was obvious that the horses were injured by the broken windshield.
