The 23-year-old Lakotár, born in Szombathely, presented himself at the continental competition with an impressive performance. The first perctl dominated the ring against the Armenian Lellit Dallakjan, whom he lasted only one and a half rounds against. On Tuesday, her opponent was Wiktoria Rogalinska from Poland to reach the top four.

The parties started the meeting cautiously, in the continuation Lakotár’s counters were more and more accurate. As time went by, Hanna became more and more courageous and gained the upper hand.
At the end of the round, four out of five scorers also saw the Hungarians as better, so they could start the second stage with an advantage. At that point, the fight was more even, but Lakotár won this round as well. In the last three minutes, he had to “just” eat. The boxer from the Alpokalja Küzdsport Foundation in Kszeg finally solved the task with confidence, winning with a score of 5:0, so the European championship medal became a certainty! Ern Finesz’s student has already obtained the Olympic quota to reach the finals, he is competing in the domestic ring, he wants to further polish his medal against Serbian Jelena Zeki, who is ranked 12th in the world.
