According to an official of the Moulin Rouge in the history of the amusement park, which opened in 1889 this is the first such accident and they don’t know what caused it either. He noted that fortunately the accident happened after closing time on Wednesday evening. He added that the management of the amusement park checks the operation of the mill’s wind blades every week, and no errors were found.
The Moulin Rouge, which will be 135 years old in October, is one of the most popular attractions in Paris, in front of which thousands of tourists take photos every day. According to the information provided by the nightclub, they hold two performances every evening and have around 600,000 guests a year.
