Next month there will be a very short closed beta, from which console owners will unfortunately be left out.

Since 2022, we’ve known that Nexon has been making a first-person view TPS powered by Unreal Engine 5, initially codenamed Project Magnum, eventually receiving the The First Descendant address. Those interested in the program could participate in the closed and open beta, however, the team still did not say when we will receive the final release. During the last few months, the developers talked about the game during so-called dev notes, and their latest promise was that they would talk about the premiere at the next event. Unfortunately, this was not discussed at the meeting held the other day, but we did hear some news about the previously announced new technical test (essentially another open beta). In one part, the exact date was revealed (May 25-26), but we also learned that only PC users will be able to participate, not console users.
