In addition to them, five Hungarian beach handball players and a coach can represent Hungary at the presentation of the sport.
It hasn’t happened in 44 years that both our teams and referees were at the Olympics, so Hungarian participation is complete.

The MKSZ website notes that most recently in 2000, a Jenő Klucsó–Lekrinszki Tivadar pairs represented the Hungarian referees at the Olympics.
