The team confirmed that Tevez will remain in hospital for the time being while all the necessary tests are carried out on him.
The Argentine press speculates that Tevez’s health problems may be related to everyday stress. As head coach, Tevez is under a lot of pressure, which can lead to stress and exacerbate existing health problems. The 76-time Argentina international took over as Independiente’s head coach last August and extended his contract until the end of 2026 in December.
