The stewards had plenty to do during the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix, there were plenty of events to evaluate. There was not an opportunity to complete all the tasks during the race, but there were things that were not even worth examining at the time, given that the main stakeholder, e.g. fell out.

So was Daniel Ricciardo, who was punched by Lance Stroll. The Australian of RB was the victim of another foul, but he didn’t escape accountability either.

Indeed, Ricciardo overtook Nico Hülkenberg during the first safety car section. He did all of this because he thought that the German from Haas had already overtaken him under the safety car, and thus only regained his position. But the pilot was wrong,

this earned him a 10-second penalty and two penalty points. In his case, however, since he was eliminated, the time penalty cannot be enforced. This for a three-start penalty was converted, so the Australian can expect to be placed further back on the grid of the Miami Grand Prix.
