A cold front will interrupt the warming, Időkép reports in its forecast. Although it will only brush the country from the west on Tuesday, the maximums will remain below 10 degrees in some places, while it can be 21 degrees in the southeast. On Tuesday, rain, snow, showers and thunderstorms can occur in the country within a single day.
According to Időkép, rain fell in more and more places in the western and northwestern parts of Transdanubia in the morning. Meanwhile, snow may fall in the Kőszegi Mountains, up to a few centimeters in the highest parts. Anyway, by Monday, Kékes was covered in white. In the afternoon, showers will arrive from the south, mostly in Transdanubia, where a few thunderstorms are also possible. The most sunshine and the fewest showers are expected in the east. The north-easterly, northerly wind will be strong in the west and will be accompanied by strong gusts in several places.
On Wednesday, the weather will be gloomy, the cold front will bring nationwide rain from the south at night. Precipitation will gradually move towards the north, but showers and thunderstorms may still develop during the day. From Thursday, however, there will be more and more sunshine and less rain, and dry weather is expected by Sunday. The drop of a few degrees in the middle of the week will be followed by a gradual warming, on Sunday it will be up to 20-25 degrees, and the good weather is expected to last longer.
