The bills of institutions (KKI) and other users were also favorably affected by the introduction of biomass technology. Prescribed in the ‘District Heat Decree’ effective from October 1, 2023 The heat fee of HUF 14,031/GJ+VAT was changed by the service provider – with the approval of the owner board – to the amount of HUF 7,500/GJ+VAT. In Kecskemét, the fees of institutional and other users could therefore be reduced to a greater extent than stipulated in the decree with the normal operation of the biomass heating plant.
COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE KECSKEMÉT DISTRICT HEAT NETWORK
The creation of the new heating plant was implemented as part of the comprehensive development of the Kecskemét district heating network in 2022-2023. LOCAL ENERGY SOURCE AVAILABLE IN INDUSTRIAL QUANTITIES
Few people know that the majority of the forests in Bács-Kiskun county are planted forests. Due to the low rainfall and poor water retention capacity of the soil without planned forest management from our county In 20-30 years, the forests would almost disappear. Harvesting at the right time, followed by replanting, is a natural part of farming.
