A verdict was reached in the case of those fighting in the guest house: a broken nose was the end of the fight

The district court sentenced the offender to 10 months, suspended for 3 years judged. The first-instance verdict was acknowledged by the offender and the defense. The prosecutor announced an appeal against the perpetrator, to be sentenced to imprisonment and disqualification from public affairs – we learned from Dr. Sándor Horváth, the press spokesman of the Komárom-Esztergom County Prosecutor’s Office.

Like about it we also reported, according to the indictment, the accused and the victim were in a guest house, where they drank together, but they got into an argument, as the victim asked the man to move out of his sub-let, where he had been living as a courtesy apartment user for several months. After the altercation, the accused punched the victim’s face and head several times, then he became dizzy from the blows and continued to punch and kick the victim, who was crouching against the wall in defense.

As a defense, the victim hid next to their host, who was sleeping in the bed in the room, on the side of the bed facing the wall, but the accused still kicked him in the face at least once in the area of ​​the left eye, which caused the victim to suffer a bleeding injury. After that, the man continued to beat the victim’s head, then stopped the abuse and left the apartment. The victim suffered several injuries as a result of the abuse, among which the displacement fracture of the nasal bone and the rib fractures are injuries that heal after eight days.
