People of Miskolc, attention! Each mixed container receives a unique sticker

The MOHU provides the opportunity to register municipal mixed waste collection containers with a waste sticker. As a result, all households in the service area of ​​MiReHu Nonprofit Kft. will receive a unique annual sticker to identify the municipal mixed waste collection container in their possession or ownership. This means that MOHU Zrt. provides its customers affected by the public service with a new sticker every year.

What’s on the sticker?

Each sticker has a unique QR code and a different color according to the type of property user. In addition to the QR code, the identification stickers include the year of validity, the container size and the service address. This allows for follow-up, the identification of real estate users in the register of public service users and helps the work of colleagues performing the collection. Customers who have multiple places of use or containers of different sizes need to adhere them to the appropriate waste collection containers, taking into account the data indicated on the stickers.

What do the colors of the stickers mean?

We distinguish stickers for the general public, those of you, and those with periodic services by color. In addition to the above, property users who do not yet have a waste sticker or due to other reasons can pick up a damaged replacement sticker from their previously affixed sticker in person at our customer service office/points. This type of sticker is handwritten with the specific place of use and container volume after the review of our system. Containers with a periodic sticker will only be delivered by our staff during the predetermined time interval.

Where should I put?

It is important that all the stickers sent by MOHU are placed on the correct container! The sticker for the given container must be affixed in a clearly visible place so that the colleagues carrying out the collection can easily identify it. The sticker sheet also contains a guide to help with application. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to stick the stickers on the containers. MOHU and MiReHu staff will also check that the stickers have been placed. The procedure and procedure for requesting and rewriting the waste management public service according to the Territorial General Terms and Conditions will not change in the future, however, in the event of a suspension, the process will be expanded to include the fact that the property user needs to credibly verify the invalidation of the sticker.

When will I receive?

To those with an active contract, stickers valid for the year 2024 will be sent at the same time as the invoices for the first quarter of 2024. Those with periodic contracts will also receive their stickers now, but these letters will not yet contain an invoice.
