He slipped out of Aldi with 400,000 forints worth of goods, but a little girl who fell to his feet later sucked him in

A woman from Kiskunhalas stole HUF 400,000 worth of merchandise from Aldi. The 42-year-old woman, who lives by stealing, later sneaked into a local family, but a little girl who woke up from her dream sucked her in. The Kiskunhalas District Prosecutor’s Office is bringing the woman to court for attempted robbery, trespassing and multiple counts of theft.

According to the indictment, the 42-year-old woman had no occupation, no job, and no regular income, so she lived by stealing. At the beginning of last year, he regularly bought branded drinks from various stores. On one occasion, he walked out with a shopping cart filled with alcohol, meat products and chocolate worth more than HUF 400,000 through the photocell front door, when the door opened due to the arrival of a customer. The woman did not rest at night either: she looted nearby farms, and later stole the stolen roosters.

One night last September, he sneaked into a sleeping family, but he made a very bad choice. The sleeping little girl woke up to the noise when she was searching in her room. Not only did the child wake up and question him, but he also took back the money from the surprised thief’s table. The parent sleeping in the other room also woke up to the noise, and together with the child, they disturbed the uninvited night visitor.

The prosecutor also told our newspaper that the 42-year-old woman admitted to shoplifting and looting. The prosecution asked for a three-year prison sentence for the woman accused of a total of nine crimes.
