Nearly three hundred students will participate in the evacuation exercise of the Székesfehérvár Disaster Management Office on Wednesday, April 24, in the Alba Plaza. The program involves a one and a half hour traffic restriction and closure. Then from 12:00 p.m Street of Professions a career orientation day is held at the Széchenyi Technical College.
According to the scenario of the morning simulation exercise, “a fire breaks out in one of the cinema halls during a film screening. The cinema is evacuated in cooperation with the firefighters, some of the audience flee to the roof, from where they are rescued. After that, the firefighters demonstrate how to put out a car that caught fire in a suspected accident in the parking lot behind the plaza,” read the ÖKK announcement.
The evacuation exercise involves traffic restrictions, for which the organizers ask for the understanding and patience of the population. From the evening of Tuesday, April 23, the parking lot behind Alba Pláza will be closed, and on Wednesday, April 24, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., you will not be able to drive through the connecting road between Palotai út and Mátyás király körút either.
THE Street of Professions career orientation day starts at 12.00 at the SzC Széchenyi István Műszaki Technikum of Székesfehérvár. Those interested can see a technical rescue and search dog demonstration, but there will also be a smoke chamber and resuscitation practice, as well as a demonstration of firefighting vehicles and specialized equipment.
