The records of the incident revealed that during the school break, a conflict arose between two classmates, a boy and a girl, about which the students informed the headmaster László Tüke. According to the description, the class teacher burst into the chemistry room, then pushed a bench in front of the room door, jumped on it, pulled out the school radio’s speaker by unplugging it, then started yelling at the children and hit one of them in the head with the diary. Tüke himself acknowledged what was recorded in the minutes by signing the minutes himself.

Although the parents of the children affected by corporal punishment later withdrew their reports, the head of the school district continued the investigation despite everything, and based on personal interviews, he came to the surprising conclusion that “the fact of abuse cannot be proved beyond doubt”. The class teacher László Tüke himself said in the minutes that he hit the child at school.

The head of the school district gave László Tüke a written warning because: “During the disagreement between the children, he did not behave in the way that is usually expected of a teacher in such a situation. You also admitted your mistake”. At the same time, Tüke was also warned that in the future “refrain from reactions like this and deal with possible conflict situations at school with the patience and expertise expected of a teacher.”

THE 444László Tüke said after the incident that he did not think any abuse had taken place. However, when the newspaper asked why he then signed the report on the ominous case, in which he admits to hitting the child, he replied 444.hu to his question that it does not contain the realities. Despite all of this, the class teacher who abused the child received a written warning, as he himself admitted that he had made a mistake by signing the report.
