Abony is preparing for a night of fun. On Saturday, the Tarka Square Night Market and Flower Carnival will be held for the ninth time in the city, which this year will last from 2 p.m. to midnight on the main square in Abony. The line-up will once again please the visitors: the event will include a craft stall fair, oriental revue, belly dancers, snake charmers and fortune-telling productions (not by chance, since the theme of the entertainment is the tales of the 1001 Nights), but there will also be plenty of jugglers and musical performers.

In connection with the event, the traffic order of the main square in Abony will temporarily change on Saturday. As informed by the town hall, the parking lot in front of the community center, the parking lot in front of the gymnasium and the sports hall will be closed all the way to the Taverna pub. It will be prohibited to enter the road section between the House of Culture and the town hall from both directions, and it will also be prohibited to enter the main square from the direction of the intersection of Vasút út-Nagykőrösi út. The bus stops on Kossuth Square will be closed, and on Saturdays the buses will not drive into the main square, but will use a diversion route. Bus routes traveling in the direction of Szolnok and Cegléd depart from and arrive at the temporary stop in front of Somogyi Imre Primary School (Abony, Szelei út 1.).
