The legendary Grand Hotel Savoy Budapest, the jewel of the turn of the century, was revived under the ownership of EST Hotels & Residence and opened its doors to guests again in June 2022. We are advertising a Night Manager position for our Front Office department.
Main tasks:
- You ensure uninterrupted and high-quality service for guests, and you actively contribute to the perfect guest experience
- You perform hotel reception tasks at a professional level, which also includes money management, invoicing and other administrative tasks
- Sales of programs and hotel services
Expectations:
- • You have a professional qualification and/or at least 1 year of experience in tourism/reception
- You use the English language confidently both orally and in writing
- You are a good problem solver and a determined person
- You are excellent at communicating and like to communicate
- It is guided by guest orientation
- You are a team player, demanding about your appearance and work
