A few months ago, the artist Sáli Levente from Kiskunhalas received another invitation from the town hall to decorate the public traffic control poles in the town’s main square with his works. In addition to sunsets, tree branches and birds, images and motifs symbolizing the city also appeared in his works, such as the Halas lace, the Sáfrik windmill or the town hall tower.
The completed works were greatly appreciated by the townspeople and those who came here, encouraged by this, the artist from Halas received another commission from the town hall. Levente Sáli decorates the public transformer houses of the electricity supplier with different pictures. At the Jósika utca end of Bethlen Gábor tér in the Konflis park, many people admired the half-finished work and its maker. You will be able to meet Sáli Levente’s works in several parts of the city, the artist can mostly be seen at work in the early morning and late afternoon hours.
