“Worth it!” – said 84-year-old John Cleese, who spends HUF 8 million a year on rejuvenation treatments

The Monty Python star would give anything to prolong his life.

THE From Waczak hostel is also known John Cleese revealed that he spends HUF 8 million every year to slow down his aging processes. The 84-year-old man has been undergoing stem cell therapy for the past two decades, which has a serious price tag.

The comedian spoke to Saga magazine about it:

“These cells travel around the body, and when they find an area that needs repair, they transform into the cells needed to repair it.”

“That’s how they can become chondrocytes or liver cells. So I guess that’s why I don’t look bad at 84.” The actor revealed that the interventions take place every 12-18 months.

Despite the hefty cost, John added:

“If it gives you a few extra years, I think it’s worth it.”

Although he explained that people need to get good quality stem cells, he gets his from a place called La Prairie in Montreux, Switzerland.

But it seems stem cell therapy isn’t the only thing keeping John Cleese young. Recently to his fourth wife, Jennifer Wade-he thought it would help him preserve his youth.

John’s wife is 30 years younger, they met the actor in 2009 through mutual friends, and then tied the knot in 2012.

Reflecting on their relationship and the age difference, he added:

“A lot of people bring it up, but the moment they see us together, they’re like, ‘Oh, I see,’ and they never bring it up again.”

Although he admitted that it is a sad thought that he will die before his wife, the 84-year-old artist stated that he is in quite good health.

Although John joked that he had “finally” gotten together with Jennifer, they first married in 1968.

Connie Booth married an actress and writer with whom he worked in the Waczak hostel in the series, she played Polly Sherman waitress and maid in the comedy.

Three years after their marriage, their daughter was born. Cynthia. 13 years later, another daughter was born in her second marriage.

Camilla Cleese he seems to have followed in his father’s footsteps. Last year it was announced that John would be reviving the Waczak Hostel series with his daughter Camilla after more than 40 years.
