As previously indicated, Opus Global will pay 15 percent of the after-tax profit as a dividend after 2023, a total of HUF 6.73 billion, which corresponds to approximately HUF 10 per share. The starting date of the dividend payment is June 17, 2024, and based on the current share price, it represents a dividend yield of 2.5 percent.

Opus Global will include 3.3 million of the previous own share purchases, in accordance with its previous promise. In addition to the remaining stock of own shares, new purchases can be made, the general meeting authorized the board of directors to purchase additional own shares, up to a maximum of 20 percent of the company’s share capital. Own shares can be acquired with or without consideration, in stock market trading, through a public offer, or in over-the-counter trading, including acquisition by exercising the right (e.g. purchase right, exchange right, etc.) provided by a financial instrument entitling to the acquisition of own shares too. In the case of a refundable acquisition, the highest amount of consideration may be the amount registered by BÉT, according to the closing price for the day before the conclusion of the agreement, increased by 20 percent.
