It is difficult to even count how many sad events have happened in the life of the British royal family in the past period. And now another tragic thing has come to light: Princess Beatrix his first love died unexpectedly.

The man’s death has only just been made public, but it happened back in February, a few weeks after Princess Beatrix learned that her mother had been diagnosed with skin cancer. Princess Beatrix was only 17 years old when she started dating her tragic first love in 2005. With Paolo Liuzzo. The man was already living a messy life, so the royal family did everything possible to keep the princess away from the man, as he posed a serious danger to the girl who was only a teenager at the time. Liuzzo had several run-ins with the law throughout his life, including the death of a student and possession of cocaine.

Michael Vega, an employee of the Miami police told The Sun newspaper that on February 7 at 3:22 p.m. the police entered a room at the Miami Worldcenter hotel through the window, where they found the man whose life they tried to save, but no longer succeeded. The police officer also added that: “The case is being investigated as an overdose death. The investigation is ongoing.” A friend of Liuzzo told The Sun that the man’s personal life was not going well, he was addicted to drugs and gambling. “At first he was addicted to drugs, which later led to cocaine and harder drugs,” he added.

Relationship between Paolo Liuzzo and Princess Beatrix

Their relationship came to light after Paolo was invited to Verbier, Switzerland, for a family skiing trip in February 2006. At that time, the man already had butter on his head, since four years earlier in Massachusetts he had been charged with “manslaughter committed during a drunken brawl”. The charge was later downgraded to assault and he was sentenced to 100 hours of community service. However, his romance with Princess Beatrix led to him being deported back to the United States, as he was only allowed to travel abroad for work, and he violated the terms of his probation. Therefore, his three-year probationary period was extended by six months as a punishment, and Beatrix then publicly ended the romance. Later, Paolo talked about the princess in an interview and said that they liked each other a lot, but even then he liked parties and women too much to have a serious relationship.
