Pivnenko admitted that

the Ukrainian forces have certain difficulties, but according to him, the Russians can achieve at most 10-15 percent of their goals, and they cannot expect a strategic victory.

He added that Moscow will likely continue to attack Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
