A serious accident occurred on the M2 highway in the Vác area on Tuesday afternoon, traffic was stopped, Útinform reported.
According to their information, the line of cars is congested in both directions due to the collision at kilometer 38. It is recommended that those who can, use highway 2.

The disaster management wrote that a car and a truck crashed on the M2 highway in the Vác area, between kilometers 37 and 38. One person was lifted out of the car by professional firefighters from Vác and Budapest performing technical rescue. The entire width of the affected road section was closed.
In the Facebook group I heard in Vác, an eyewitness wrote that there was also a fatality in the accident.
“I called the ambulance, police, etc. with another guy, we ran there, but unfortunately there was no chance… my condolences to the family! again a senseless death (Hozzáteszem was ahead of the line at 120-140km/h)” reads the comment, whose contents have not yet been confirmed.
