April 11–14 The national stage of the Romanian Language and Literature Subject Competition organized for minorities living in Romania was held at Gergely Csiky High School. More than 250 students from 19 counties of the country took part in the competition, accompanied by 30 teachers.

The subject competition consisted of two rounds. The participating students tested their knowledge in a written test from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, and then on Saturday, also from 9:00 a.m., the competition ended with the oral test. The students were awarded based on the combined results of the two rounds. The announcement of the results took place late on Saturday afternoon, followed by a gala dinner, cake and joint party at Jelen Ház. The three-day event ended with a ceremonial award ceremony on Sunday morning.
