Eva Kaili, the most well-known face of the Brussels corruption scandal, and Roberta Metsola, the current president of the EP, are prominent on the list.

Greek Socialist MP Kaili was accused of corruption, money laundering and participation in a criminal organization. In connection with the criminal organization, it emerged that representatives accepted bribes in exchange for influencing the work of the parliament along the lines of the interests of external actors. Eva Kaili spent more than three months in prison and is awaiting a court hearing.
