COLUMBIA — South Carolina women’s basketball has scored at least 100 points in its first three games for the first time in program history, and it’s looking to keep the streak going against South Dakota State.
The No. 1 Gamecocks (3-0) host the Jackrabbits (2-1) at Colonial Life Arena on Monday (7 pm, SEC Network+) for just their third meeting all-time. South Carolina won 62-44 in December 2022 and 74-52 in March 2013.
Coach Dawn Staley earned her 200th home win in 234 games when the Gamecocks routed Clemson 109-40 on Thursday. They have not lost at Colonial Life Arena since Dec. 3, 2020.
South Dakota State beat UT Martin 55-38 on Saturday.
