The domestic brand that offers quality outdoor clothing and equipment, which is most popular among hikers, recently asked its employees for their opinion regarding the opening hours on December 24th in an internal poll. The majority of Mountex employees want to focus on family togetherness and holiday preparations instead of work, so the company management decided that the brand’s stores will be closed throughout the country on December 24 this year.

“At Mountex, it has been important to us since the beginning to make decisions by consulting our employees and taking their opinions into account. We want our colleagues to feel at home with us, and we try to provide all the support for this. We conducted an internal public opinion poll on Christmas opening hours, and based on the democratic decision, we will not open our stores on December 24 this year, so that all our colleagues can spend the whole day of Christmas Eve with their loved ones.” – said Mihály Sárközy, managing director of Mountex.
