The girl who may have been killed by her boyfriend in Szeged was a Taiwanese medical student

In connection with the case, RTL Híradó has now reported that, according to their information, presumably the the girl murdered by her boyfriend was a fourth-year medical student in Taiwan, while her boyfriend may have worked in IT and was fired from his job days before the murder.

She was a university girl, very nice, she could only speak English. It was very quiet, we rarely met – said one of the neighbors about the girl, who added that the man had never been seen in the area before.

Híradó knows that the man shot the girl with his father’s hunting rifle, and then killed himself with that weapon.

Another neighbor reported that he woke up to a strange sound on Saturday morning, the day of the tragedy.

Saturday morning, around 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., we heard five strange, dull thuds. It sounded like a carpet being dusted said the man, who thought he heard the killer’s shots, but according to information, the couple was already dead by then. Presumably, the neighbor woke up to the noises of the police investigation.

The man allegedly did not leave a farewell note, so it is still unknown why the tragedy occurred.
