This is how you can have an easily disposable e-mail address – PCW

--

There are countless situations when it is better to use a disposable one instead of your normal e-mail address. Here are some excellent services.

Did you find something on a forum, but you need to register to enter? Would you like to download a user manual or an e-book, but need an e-mail address? There are countless similar situations on the Internet where you can only do something if you provide your e-mail address – but what if this is requested by a service provider you’ve never heard of or is registered in Timbuktu and therefore not really do you trust him, that’s why you don’t want to give your “regular” e-mail address? Or if you’ve heard of the service provider, but you don’t want to receive any advertising letters from them?

Well, nothing could be simpler than that: use a disposable email address and the problem is solved. Of course, you should know that these services also have disadvantages; one is that the address is updated from time to time by the service provider, in which case the content of the old account is lost. For example, we do not recommend them at all for online shopping, since if there are any problems with the order or delivery, you will not be able to verify yourself without the e-mail account. However, they can come in handy in other situations, so we have collected five useful services that can all help.

Tempmail

It is one of the oldest service providers that provides you with an account that can be used for 1 hour – after which its content is permanently lost. Registration is neither necessary nor possible, but you can copy the e-mail address to the clipboard with a single click and download a QR code that also stores the address. Advertisements are unfortunately to be avoided, but this is also the case with most rivals. If you accidentally close the window, you can reopen it by keeping the email address. It should also be noted that it works with domain names that other services may recognize, so you may not be able to register with it on all platforms.

10 Minute Mail

If you really need an e-mail address only once and only for a very short time, then 10minutemail.com is a good choice. As the name implies, the lifetime of the account is 10 minutes, but if for some reason this turns out to be not enough, you have the option to request another 10 minutes. This service is the most inexpensive of all, yet many people like it – for example, because of its large counter. Unlike other platforms, the allocated addresses are guaranteed to be unique, i.e. it cannot happen that the newly registered account is already being used by someone else.

Temp Mail

Temp Mail also uses a 10-minute time limit, but the interesting thing is that it is also available as a subscription service, and by choosing this you can also access useful extra functions. For example, you can create up to 10 addresses at the same time, as well as the fact that accounts come with 100 MB of temporary storage, which can be beneficial when receiving larger attachments. Subscribers can also create their own domain name, which is guaranteed not to be listed by any service provider, and there is no need to avoid advertisements.

Guerrilla Mail

Most disposable e-mail addresses are designed to receive mail, but with Guerrilla Mail you can also send messages – to which you can add attachments of up to 150 MB. Registration is not required, and when sending letters you can choose from several domains. Although the mails are automatically deleted by the GM 1 hour after they arrive, the account itself remains until you yourself decide that you do not want to use it anymore.

Proton Mail

Although it is a “regular” mail service, Proton Mail offers a disposable address within its own platform – only if you use one of its subscription versions. In this case, however, you don’t just get an e-mail address, but you can also use some clever tricks: for example, end-to-end encryption and the ability to use ten addresses at the same time. By the way, if you don’t want to subscribe, an alternative could be to keep a separate account for unreliable services instead of a disposable address.
