According to press reports, Formula 1’s most established team is about to announce a real “heavyweight” sponsorship agreement, which will make it its official main sponsor for the first time since 2021.
THE Sports Business according to information from the newspaper Ferrari has reached an agreement with the American information technology company, Hewlett Packard (HP for short), who will join them as a main sponsor from 2025.
The paper knows that HP will be a supporter of a similar caliber in Maranello as the American technology company, Oracle, is at Red Bull. They currently have the most expensive partnership (in the order of $100 million) in F1.

However, the relationship between HP and Ferrari can be paralleled not only in the amount of support, but also in the nature of the cooperation with the partnership of Red Bull and Oracle, since they will also provide the team with their technological background and knowledge. In recent years, Red Bull has benefited a lot from Oracle’s presence, for example, through data analysis that helps in competition strategies, or even the assistance provided to the Red Bull Powertrains engine factory, through artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Their other brand, HPE, currently supports Mercedes and Stake-Sauber. The Californians signed an agreement with the Real Madid football team in February this year.
The collaboration between Ferrari and HP is expected to be announced in Miami during next week’s race weekend there.
