As is known, according to our information, Aleksandar Pesics was removed from the Ferencváros squad in March due to his serial indiscipline. Then the club gave the following information on the matter: “Aleksándar Pesics committed a disciplinary offense, so he was removed from the squad for an indefinite period of time. The interests of Ferencváros are always the most important, they cannot be overridden by the personal interests of any player.”
The Serbian striker said that the matter was only blown up by the media, however, Ferencváros has not been a member of the squad in any of the seven championships played since then. Pesics had a problem with team captain Dénes Dibusz, however, speaking to meridiansport.rs, the Serbian again said that this was not the reason: “For me, Ferencváros is very good. At the moment I am training alone because I am under suspension, but not because of the conflict with the goalkeeper. I denied it, as it is not true at all, but many people can still guess what happened.”
“I have two years left on my contract, I have no plans to leave the club. I have integrated into the team, me and my family are having a great time in Budapest” he stated Aleksandar Pesics.
Pesics, who arrived from Crvena zvezda last summer, scored 12 goals and provided six assists in 29 matches in Ferencváros.
