They usually accept the committee’s advice, but it is possible that this time the solution will be between the two proposals with a 25-member framework. UEFA introduced the 26-man squad for the 2021 continental competition – largely due to the coronavirus epidemic. Teams of 26 people could also travel to the World Cup organized by FIFA, but according to the preliminary plans, only 23 people could have traveled to the 2024 European Championship.
