The captain of the Hungarian national football team has already surpassed Jordan Henderson in one statistic.
FotMob showed an absolutely amazing statistic regarding Dominik Szoboszlai:
the captain of the Hungarian national football team fought 50 duels in the first five championships of the season, which is thirty more than Jordan Henderson undertook in the first five matches of the previous season.
Szoboszlai won 24 out of 50 duels, which is almost half of the fights, 48% to be exact. In this, he is still lagging behind Henderson, who was more successful, winning 11 of his 20 attempts, which means 55%.

However, the sheer amount of duels performed by Szoboszlai also shows the serious impact the Hungarian player has on the Reds being able to increase their playing intensity again, which was a pivotal point in Liverpool’s weakness in previous years, reported thisisanfield.com.
Szoboszlai was involved in 20 duels in the 2-1 victory against Newcastle alone, while Henderson had the same total in the first five games of the previous season – against Fulham, Manchester United, Bournemouth, Newcastle and Brighton.

Henderson left Liverpool in the summer, where he was a key member and captain of the team for many years. He is currently a player for Al-Ettifaq in the Saudi Arabian League.
It seems that Szoboszlai has not only inherited the shirt number of the former Liverpool legend, but his performance is also not inferior to his predecessor.
