Perhaps this has revived the 77-year-old Spielberg’s passion for science fiction, as he is now preparing to return to one of his favorite subjects, aliens.

According to Variety, Spielberg’s next project will be a UFO film based on his own original idea, the script of which will be put together with his regular co-creator David Koepp.
This is not the first time that the legendary director has filmed about UFOs and extraterrestrials. It is enough to think of the highly successful ET – The Extraterrestrial, AI – Artificial Intelligence or Battle of the Worlds. The idea of Spielberg’s next film is more exciting than ever, and the excitement of fans has already reached its peak.
Spielberg’s early science fiction films were more biographical in nature, the filmmaker colored them with elements of his own childhood and his relationship with his parents. However, it is likely that his current production will be completely different from what we are used to.
