“PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS!
The 2o24 of this current year, which was announced and planned earlier in the fall. Unfortunately, due to TECHNICAL REASONS, the replacement VINCE-PATAK REGATTA scheduled for May 1st WILL NOT take place.
In a little more detail, the feature that we love so much in Vince Street, that it has an artificial stream bed (terminus technicus aka VÁPA) and a sloping street section, has unfortunately caused a lot of annoyance in recent years due to the sudden rain days, and slowly the street got wet and fell apart. There were attempts to repair, splice, fold, but this did not lead to much success. That is why they are starting to renovate the street this year. Since it was uncertain when they would stop and how long the street would be closed (a long time), we were forced to retreat. BUT! At the beginning of June (June 8th), we will be coming back with the flight without interruption (at least it’s not on vince street). And in autumn, we can launch the boats together again in the beautifully renovated street!
Keep your head up, we won’t give up either!

Last September, the Vince Patak Regatta was organized for the sixth time, then only the kindergarten races could be held, because the event had to be postponed due to the stormy weather. This would have been on the first of May this year, but the renovation of the street, which according to our current information, will start on May 15, got in the way.
