Sickratman would be a two-tailed mayor in the Kali basin

--

“I’m happy because it’s good to throw a stone into the water and watch the waves created. And with fear, because the guy doesn’t even want to be mayor, but if I win, he would have to.”

With these lines, Miklós Paizs, aka Sickratman, announced on his Facebook page that he is running in the mayoral elections in Szentbékkálla, Veszprém County, Hvg.hu pointed out. Paizs anno as a member of Bëlga, and later independently (moving on the borderland of political correctness) are you Buzi? became famous with the song, and in 2022 he ran in the parliamentary elections in Újpest as the Hungarian Kétfarkú Kutya Párt (achieving 3.51 percent).

Paizs is again entering the ring as the Kétfarkú candidate in the municipality with 183 voters, although his name is not yet visible on Válastás.hu alongside the four independent candidates. In his Facebook post, Paizs, who lives in Szentbékkállá, explains at great length why he is trying to get the post of mayor, in which he mentions many phenomena, from becoming king to the meteor shower that hit the village and the regime change in Mexico to Péter Magyar. After looking at the national policy, he highlights local issues as well, and we quote one of his plans:

“I would like to make another new decision: A birch tree standing on the property boundary (with compliance with the rules) can be pruned from both sides.”
