“You’re fucking irritating, I’ll kill you!” – a student from Szolnok brutally beat his teacher

A ninth grade student from Szolnok threw a chair and a fist at his teacher. The teacher suffered fractures and bruises, which took more than eight days to heal. The Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Prosecutor’s Office is bringing the 17-year-old boy to court for the attempted crime of life-threatening bodily harm.

Rajmund Lánczi, In a statement sent to our newspaper, the deputy spokesperson of the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Prosecutor’s Office wrote that the 38-year-old teacher gave a history lesson to the ninth graders on the ominous day.

One of the students went to the bathroom without prior permission, and when he returned a few minutes later, he sat down next to the teacher on the last bench in line with the teacher’s desk. The teacher then told him that he should have asked out, which the student understood, and said that next time he would ask permission to go to the bathroom.

After that, the teacher turned to the boy, asking him to continue the task he had started, and the perpetrator told her that

You’re fucking irritating!

– which he repeated to the teacher’s question, that “You are irritating and I will kill you!”. The teacher then sent the student out of the classroom.

The 17-year-old boy then picked up the chair he was using, then raised it towards his head and walked towards his victim standing next to the teacher’s desk and hit him with it. The teacher raised his hand in defense, so the blow hit his arm.

The student then, holding the chair with both hands, hit the woman several more times, hitting her on the head and arm. The teacher backed out of the classroom, but the boy followed her into the corridor and punched her several times in the face. The teacher finally fled to the teacher’s room, where the young man no longer followed her.

The teacher suffered bruises and fractures, which took more than eight days to heal. The prosecutor’s office asked for a suspended prison sentence for the offender under criminal supervision, with the appointment of a guardian and for him to participate in psychotherapy for anxiety and aggression.
