Nursery Day was a celebration in Tata

THE Nurseries On the occasion of the day, the Municipality of Tata City welcomed the early childhood educators and staff of the Tata nurseries again this year. THE Tata.hu according to his information, Éva Fekete, the head of Tata Csillagsziget Nursery School, spoke about the institution and its employees at the Piarista Rendház.

– Csillagsziget Kindergarten differs from other institutions in many ways, and we can be proud of many things. An example of this is the creation of inclusive nursery care. Inclusive education has now become a fundamental institutional approach in our nurseries, we have shaped it together, and we are constantly shaping our environment so that every young child feels comfortable in it. More and more families are requesting nursery care for their children with atypical development, trusting in our expertise, the encouraging environment, and the existence of good personal and material conditions – explained the head of the institution, according to whom they can be very proud of their employees’ desire to learn, self-training, participation in training due to a high participation rate.

Day of the Nursery is a holiday

– Here, I am not only referring to my colleagues who are pursuing higher education, but also to those colleagues who have already obtained professional qualifications as nursery workers: cooks, special pedagogic assistants, and childcare workers. Two-thirds of early childhood educators have higher education, which is outstanding in the national context. What we can be most proud of, however, is the good working community, without which our results could not have been realized – stated the head of the nursery school.

József Michl, the mayor of Tata, also spoke at the ceremony. First, he thanked the Tata nursery workers.
– We all have some kind of work and responsibility in this world, and you take responsibility for other people’s children, and moreover, for the smallest ones. This is a huge task, but also a beauty, since you are our second mothers, for which we are very grateful. I wish that every day they can gather strength for their work in the morning, and in the evening after work they can let go of the difficulties of the day – wished the mayor. A program was also prepared for the celebration: Balázs Bolyki and his sons played music, and Éva Pápes, a storyteller and writer, gave a presentation entitled “Thoughts about the story”.

Recognitions

On the occasion of Nursery Day, special awards are presented every year. This year, two employees of the Csillagsziget Nursery School were welcomed. Bartal Csenge has been working at the Csillagsziget Nursery School since 2014. His work is characterized by motivation, exemplary work ethic that supports children and parents. Anikó Nagné Varga was placed in Csillagsziget Nursery School in 2013. In the beginning, he performed auxiliary tasks in the institution’s kitchen, and then in 2019 he obtained his professional qualification as a chef. A helpful, reliable, precise colleague.
