The Rybar team – according to their claim – he taught students, journalists, politicians and people working in the scientific sphere on how to create and operate Telegram channels, how to organize these channels into networks, how to spread “correct” content, and how to combat “misinformation”.
The founder of the channel, Mikhail Zvinchuk he is said to have lectured himself and agreed that regular personal master classes are held with the authors of unnamed Russian Telegram channels.
This is not Rybar’s first educational activity: it previously held media training for the press chiefs and communications staff of the Russian state defense conglomerate Rosztek.
Serbia, and especially the Republika Srpska, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has good relations with Russia. President of the Republic of Serbia, Milorad Dodik on Tuesday in St. Petersburg, he met with the secretary of the Russian Security Council, the well-known shell, Nikolai Patrushevwith whom they also discussed the enhancement of cooperation between Russia and the Republic of Serbia.
