By the end of April, the Innovation Ecosystem Center of the University of Debrecen will announce its programs that develop both problem-solving skills and creativity, and also offer a glimpse into the world of innovation and startup culture.
All students of the University of Debrecen can apply for the workshops with limited places. The programs are held at the Innovation Center of the University of Debrecen on Vezér Street. (Please apply only if you can definitely attend the event!)
Try one of the best business board games in the world!
It is already being used in thirty-two countries, and on April 25th you can also try the board game LEAP – The business model game, which combines theory with real market practices, at the university. The game develops collaborative brainstorming and the creation of innovative ideas, with a strong focus on developing critical skills such as creative thinking and problem solving.

Communication training with building blocks
The Innovation Ecosystem Center organizes unusual communication and self-awareness training using the toys of our childhood. In the small group program, you can develop competencies that improve your communication, cooperation and entrepreneurial skills.

Problem-solving workshop
The aim of the workshop is for the students to work with their own idea that responds to a real problem, which can be related to both their personal development and their professional goals. During the workshop, not only problem-solving skills are developed, but the participants practice teamwork and joint thinking, while getting to know the world of startups and its basic concepts, which can be useful even if someone were to found their own business in the future.

Learn about 3D techniques!
Get to know the latest 3D techniques in a short workshop, within the framework of which, after a theoretical overview, you can also see in practice how to prepare a 3D printer for printing, what are the tricks and pitfalls of 3D scanning, and what are the first steps of 3D modeling to realize your ideas on the way to! The venue is the Makerspace in the university’s Innovation Center, where 3D printers, 3D scanners, modern design stations, a laser engraver, a CNC milling machine and a lathe are available to the students.
