On Thursday afternoon in Dunaföldvár, at the site of Bogos-Trans Kft., the ceremonial results announcement was held.

On April 24 and 25, twenty teams, one hundred and twenty firefighters compared their skills and strength in the IV. At the National Technical Rescue Competition. The best of the regional rounds in March made it to the two-day competition. According to the announcement of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Disaster Management Directorate, the teams faced similar situations on the racetracks, as they intervene every day. The purpose of the competition, in addition to the professional presentation of firefighting interventions in traffic accidents, was for the participants to gain experience during the competition tasks and share them with each other. The teams were drawn to decide which simulated traffic accident they had to deal with.

Zsolt Horváth, mayor of Dunaföldvár, also greeted the staff at the award ceremony. The prizes for the competition teams were handed over by fire brigade general Zoltán Fülep, the national fire chief inspector of the BM National Directorate General of Disaster Prevention, the announcement reads.

After the two-day competition, the team of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Disaster Management Directorate was able to stand on the top step of the podium. The second place was won by the team of the County Disaster Management Directorate of Győr-Moson-Sopron, while the team of the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Disaster Management Directorate took third place in the competition.

The award for the best on-site first aid (medic) category was received by fire sergeant Péter András Móth (BAZ VMKI). The award for the best manager was won by fire captain Andráska Attila (BAZ VMKI).
