In recent days, several candidates from Miskolc have collected a considerable number of valid recommendations.
As mentioned before we reported, during the two-week collection of recommendations starting on April 20, the mayoral candidates will have to present five hundred valid recommendations, while the local government representatives will have to present a varying number of valid recommendations, roughly between sixty and seventy. If there is no withdrawal, then we can cast our vote on June 9 based on the list that became legally binding after that.
On Monday we broke the news also when two mayoral candidates and twenty-six municipal representative candidates were registered by the Local Election Commission (HVB). At Thursday’s meeting, the members of the committee who appeared were the head of the Local Election Office, David Ignácz according to the clerk’s information, the municipal representative candidates listed below were registered. (The list is made in the order in which the letters of recommendation are submitted.)

In addition to all this, the committee registered the joint compensation list of the Pont Mi Egyesület, FIDESZ and KDNP. After presenting the necessary recommendations, the representatives of the Bulgarian Nationalist Municipality of Miskolc and the Roma Civil Rights Movement were also registered at the Thursday meeting.
