Since March 20, maintenance has affected not only the main highway, but also interchanges and related on- and off-ramps, leading to the temporary closure of three gas stations. The affected gas stations

  • the Zalakomár,
  • Balatonlelle
  • and at the Sóstó rest area

can be found, which can be vital for those traveling from the Croatian border to Budapest.

Heading towards the capital, fuel stations are still available at the rest areas in Kreuzúr and Lepsény. Travelers should take into account that they can refuel at the Balatonkeresztúr station instead of the Zalakomár gas station, which can add 30 kilometers to their route, while the Lepsény well is an alternative, with a 55-kilometer detour, in the case of the closure in Balatonlelle. Moving further north on the section, the operator also carried out renovation work on the filling stations in Székesfehérvár, accessible from both directions. The listed filling stations are closed because the ramps leading to and from them need to be repaired during leveling works.
