The Budakörnyék Public Prosecutor’s Office imposed group personality development and aggression management training on two people for beating a bin parked in the wrong place, reports the press release of the Pest County Prosecutor’s Office. The incident happened in March 2023 in Tinny. The victim stopped in front of one of the houses and got out to empty the container, but the man parked in such a way that the people arriving at the time could not drive up to the house, so the two men attacked him. One of them kicked him in the leg, the other punched him in the head several times, and then, after he fell, they kicked and punched him several times while he was lying down. After the beating, the garbage man drove away, and as a result of the abuse, he had an injury that took more than eight days to heal.
The two perpetrators were interrogated as suspects for the crime of grievous bodily harm. During the interrogation, they admitted to the crime and showed remorse. In the case, the prosecutor’s office suspended the proceedings for one year and three months on the condition that the trainings are completed during this time. The fulfillment of this and their way of life during the suspension is checked by the guardian assigned to them. The procedure can only be terminated if the suspension is successful.
