Government window buses will reach all seven districts of Heves county in May. THE mobilized customer services 25 settlements are visited so that the people living there can take care of business locally without traveling, reports the Heves County Government Office.
The Mobilized Government Window Customer Service or “government window bus” is a minibus equipped for administrative purposes, which is available at predetermined times in settlements where there is no permanent government window. At the Mobilized Government Window Customer Services, customers can manage the cases available in government windows, submit their requests in official matters, and receive information about the procedure. Among other things, they have the opportunity to manage personal identification cards, residential address cards, passports, driver’s licenses, and customer portal registration.
On April 25th, you can meet the bus in Csány, Sarud, and Horton, on April 26th in Zagyvaszántó, and on April 27th in Halmajugra, Noszvaj and Kárácsond. Their schedule can be found here.
