Regardless of possible distances, everyone wants to keep their loved ones safe – the care watch program can be a solution for them. We show you exactly what it is and who can claim it, when and how.
The careful watch is practically a national signaling system through a watch. With its help, the dispatch center can be reached with the press of a button, who provide direct and fast support to users 0-24 hours a day.
Over 65 can apply free of charge
If necessary, the dispatcher can notify the emergency services or contact persons. The latter can be relatives, spouses or friends, the main thing is that, if possible, they have a key to the apartment of the owner of the watch. Entering contacts is optional, but recommended.

All Hungarian citizens over the age of 65 – or the person authorized by them – can apply for the caring hour free of charge. To do this, all you have to do is register on the Gondosóra page, then finalize the process after entering a few personal details by confirming the link you received in the e-mail. In 3-4 weeks after registration, the watch will be sent by post, and before that the recipient will be notified by SMS.
What will be in the package?
When the package arrived, it will contain the watch, 1 USB cable and adapter with USB connector, 1 user manual and 1 neck strap or 1 wrist strap, depending on where you want to wear the device.
It works like this
The device is extremely simple, it has 1 button with which you can contact the dispatchers. If we cannot speak, the GPS in the watch can measure our position and send help. The device is also equipped with an acceleration indicator, which is why it detects a fall. You can also take a shower in it, as it is drop and impact resistant.
Due to its simplicity, it sinks slowly and can be recharged quickly. It lasts for about 3-4 days without charging, but the watch will tell you when the charge is extremely low.
