Beáta Nagy-Gergely visited India three times, the last time she stayed in the country for 6 weeks last spring.
When I travel to India, I go not only as a photographer, but also as a pilgrim.
– He told. – I’m interested in religious activities and ancient holy places. It is a kind of spiritual vacation. I usually go to three places. One is in Vrindavan, a small town with five thousand temples. A very traditional, spiritual place. The other city is Mayapur Nabadwip Dham, situated on the banks of the Ganges. This is a similar farm to Krishna Valley. A huge 113-meter-high church is being built there, which will soon be handed over. I managed to take a lot of pictures of the process. And the third city I managed to get to is Jaipur – added the photographer from Somogyvámos.
Beáta Nagy-Gergely’s photography career started in the Krishna Valley back in 2005. In the settlement, he loved and still likes to photograph sunrises, sunsets, clouds, animals and beautiful flowers. What started as a hobby has now become a livelihood. The photographer from Somogyvámos is invited to work on many events. Both young and older people who believe in Krishna are interested in his work, so he would like to start a photography club in the valley.
Every trip is a good opportunity to get to know the person and the soul.
