On the road, they engage every passer-by provocatively, threaten them with a knife, attack their fallen fellow human beings, and do not shy away from revenge in the event of a complaint. My friends and I have had confrontations with them before, but in order to protect the above-mentioned facts and our families, we preferred to turn a blind eye to what was happening.

In connection with the incidents, our reader stated that, week after week, noises can be heard on the streets at night, as if medieval battles were taking place in the settlement, which fills people with fear.

In connection with the incident, we first asked the municipality for written information on whether the problem described above really existed, whether there had been a report from the public about this or a similar incident, and we also asked whether, if the phenomenon was real, whether the city administration had taken steps to resolve the situation to solve the situation. In its response, the municipality stated the following: “I would like to inform you that the public safety problem indicated in your letter does not exist in the settlement of Aba.”
